Abstract Submission Guidelines
Important notice:
Before
submitting his abstract, the author must register, following to make the
payment no later than
March 1st,
2009 . The abstracts whose authors are not registered will not be
taken into consideration.
Once you have entered
the online abstract submission page, we kindly ask you to complete the
following sections as follows:
1. Main Author:
- containing name,
surname and institution of the author of the abstract;
- please tick the
"presenting author" case only if the author of the submitted abstract will also be presenting.
2. Click on the Next Step button.
3. Co-Authors:
- containing name,
surname and institution of the co-author of the abstract;
- the "add
co-authors" button allows you to insert more co-authors, as a new
co-author section will be inserted below the first one;
- please tick the
"presenting author" case only if (one of) the co-author(s) of the submitted
abstract will also be presenting.
4. Click on the Next Step button.
5. Contact:
- please complete the
required fields (*) in order for us to be able to contact the author (or
another designed contact person) in case of misunderstandings.
6. Click on the Next Step button.
7. Abstract:
- please make sure to
read the guidelines before submitting your abstract;
- specify the title,
the preferred presentation type (oral or poster) and choose the topic it
belongs to;
- do not exceed 350
words and do not insert any images or tables.
8. Click on the Finalise button.
