registration fee (authors will be informed on the acceptance of contributions
as oral presentations or posters before end of May 2009)
IMPORTANT! Due to numerous requests received, the Scientific Committee has decided to extend the abstract submission deadline until May 1st, 2009.
Deadline for cancellation of registration with entire refund (less bank charges)
March 2nd, 2009:
Cancellation of registration with 50% refund
No refund after May 2nd, 2009
