Authors proposing to give an
oral or poster presentation should submit an abstract and complete a
Registration Form via the SEFS6 website. You may be the main
(presenting) author for only one presentation (one oral paper or one poster),
although you may be a co-author on other papers/posters also. The
deadline for abstract and registration form submission is
March 1st, 2009 . Based on the results of the evaluation of abstracts
by the Organizing Committee, submissions for oral presentation will be assessed
according to the criteria above and then either
accepted for one of the oral sessions or suggested for presentation as a
poster. Authors will be informed of the outcome before the end of May 2009.
The main text of the
abstract of an oral presentation or a poster should not exceed 350 words, and
should contain the summary of the results and main conclusions. Guidelines for
the format of the abstract are provided in the Abstracts Submission Guidelines section. Please follow the
guidance carefully, as abstracts not conforming to the specified format may be
rejected.
