Symposium Abstract Book in case the paper is selected as oral or poster

Reviewing and
acceptance of abstracts
The Symposium
Scientific Committee will review the abstracts sent until the deadline and will
announce the result no later than
May 31st,
2009 . The decision concerning the presentation type
(oral or poster presentations) belongs to the Symposium Scientific Committee.
All the
lectures accepted for free paper or poster will be presented at the Symposium
by the presenting author. In case the presenting author cannot attend the
Symposium, he must announce in written the Symposium Secretariat at: registration@sefs6.ro,
mentioning also the name of the substitute speaker.
Oral Presentations
Oral
presentations should be planned for 15 minutes + 5 minutes scheduled
for
discussion. Since the number of oral presentations is limited due to
the tight schedule, we may ask some authors to shift from oral to
poster session.
Preference for oral session shall be given to presentations that are
based on sound science, aimed at testing
scientific novelty. We suggest that purely descriptive data are
presented as
posters rather than in oral sessions.
Poster Presentations
Posters' format: size
of posters 90 cm. (width) x 120 cm. (height), sized panel including the frame.
The organizers are providing panels for the posters presentations and adhesive.
